BARREDORAS ANTOLI, S.L., have been seen in the necessity to create an industry equipped with means and the present machinery of production but, for the manufacture of sweeping machines, as much in new technologies as in the different phases from production, as well as in the improvement of the quality of their end items to be able to be clear and trustworthy competition with the rest of the manufacturers, normally of countries of Europe (Germany, Italy, France, Denmark, etc.).

In the construction of the new factory one has considered very all the norms of quality in security and hygiene and the respect with environment.

In BARREDORAS ANTOLI we designed and we made sweeping machines of easy handling and maintenance, and used materials and components of complete generation and great quality, demanding to our component suppliers of great quality, for one long duration and reliability of our sweeping ones in the daily work.

BARREDORAS ANTOLI, S.L., compose the following departments:

                .- Design Department.

We counted on an equipped technical office with the last technology for the design, attended by means of Autocad, and generation of models in 3D, sending this information and planes by means of wireless technology to the different machines from production, obtaining therefore theoretically perfect finishing of the pieces that compose the manufacture of the sweeping ones.

                .- Manufacture.

Machinery of production of last generation and the plus has settled outpost technology, to obtain to greater production and greater quality in the finished one. Among other machines of production, they have gotten up Winch of numerical control, Plasma of cut of numerical control, Guillotine and Folding machine of great dimensions with numerical control (all these attended by Autocad from the technical office), in addition to, machinery auxiliary of production, and painting section with zone of preparation and painting cabin and finished of the sweeping ones.

                .- Technical Department.

Our constant support to the client does not finish with the exit of makes or gives of our products. We highly counted on qualified personnel and vehicles factory in our service of technical attendance, to take care of and to solve to any problem or failure that arises from fast and effective form in the facilities of the client.We had distributors with services of technical attendance distributed by all the national territory, so that this he is faster and effective.have an ample repair parts stock totally computerized, that allows to a fast location of the spare part and its later shipment us by urgent transport of 24 hours, thus to obtain agile and fast a service post sale, allowing to have our sweeping ones in perfect operation without time dead.

                .- Commercial Department.

The commercial equipment, not only sells a product, adviser and advises the sweeping but effective and reasonable model of for the work in which it is going to be destined.A personal communication with the client is created making meetings, demonstrations and tests with the model of sweeping but adapted in the facilities or municipality of the own client and even maintains a commercial relation after making the sale of the product.We have commercial distributors in several zones of Spain, that commercialize and distribute our sweeping ones, always with the support and commercial advising of our commercial department of factory.the spreading of our products, we attended the greater fairs of the sector (Tem-Tecma Madrid, Municipalia Lérida, etc.) where we expose all our sweeping ones, and periodically mailing to city councils, communities, companies of road cleaning are made and in general to the potential clients of the road cleaning.

                .- Administration.

This section reunites the financial department, department of purchases, accounting and management of warehouse. All these departments are in charge of the good financial economic management of the company.

                .- Quality Control.

Before giving our products, they are put under a set of tests, tests and control of quality and functionality, to guarantee therefore an end item to the verified client and without risk of anomalies.

Our models count on declaration of conformity EC, certificate of security in machines and are inspected, tried and accredited by the Organ of Homologation of Spain for vehicles (INTA), obtaining therefore the documentation necessary to pass the I.T.V., matriculation, and to fulfil the circulation norms.
